the things of God through active worship
the things of God out through practical authentic ways
the things of God away to the community and the world
The church has a rich history of making a positive impact on the Hope Mills area as formally New Life Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Ed Wilson. In 2023, Pastor Jake Moore assumed the role of Lead Pastor and laid out a new vision for the future. Our aim is for everyone to actively Learn the things of God through active worship, Live the things of God out in authentic practical ways, and Give the things of God away to the community and to the world.
As we step into a new season, our church is fervently dedicated to assisting individuals in realizing their full potential in alignment with God’s plan for them. We officially launched New Life on February 4, 2024.
We are thrilled about the transformative work of God and eagerly anticipate the future.

At New Life we have Partners. We desire every person who attends New Life to become a PARTNER. Partnership is like membership but so much more. It’s not your name on some list, it’s a relationship and commitment from the church and from you to reach this city and to advance God’s Kingdom TOGETHER.
Reasons to parter with New Life:
Christ is committed to the Church!“
…Christ loved the church, and he gave his life for it.”Eph. 5:25
Partnership destroys consumerism.
We live in an age where very few want to be committed to anything…a job…a marriage…our country. This attitude has even produced a generation of “church shoppers and hoppers”. Partnership swims against the current of America’s “consumer religion.”
It is an unselfish decision. Commitment always builds character.
Who can we count on?
Every team must have a roster. Every school must have an enrollment. Every business has a payroll. Every army has an enlistment. Even our country takes a census and requires voter registration.
Partnership identifies our family.
Partnership produces spiritual growth!
The New Testament places a major emphasis on the need for Christians to be accountable to each other for spiritual growth.
You cannot be accountable when you’re not committed to any specific church family.
